Unlocked the piano this morning. Not able to hear myself play due to Asian women doing a sort of ‘Electric Slide’ group dance with boombox music. After that there was a group of men playing those high pitched one-stringed instruments.

When I went over later, there was a 12-year-old girl playing Scott Joplin better than I ever could. But, unlike last year, no jamming prospects (so far), although the view of Manhattan and the harbor is inspiring. Going over there now… just past dark. Want to play the piano.
